SolidForms Return Policy

At SolidForms, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom 3D-printed orders, personalized items, and special requests cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
