At SolidForms, we believe that purchasing online should be simple, transparent, and worry-free. Whether you are ordering a single decorative item, a personalized gift, a custom prototype, or a large business order, our goal is to provide a smooth experience from the moment your order is placed until it safely reaches your doorstep.

Because many of our products are manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology, every order goes through multiple stages before shipment, including production scheduling, manufacturing, quality inspection, careful packaging, and shipping. Unlike mass-produced products, many of our items are created specifically for each customer, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality while offering unique designs and customization options.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and delivered, as well as the guarantees we provide to our customers.

Every order is treated with care regardless of its size or value. Our production team carefully monitors every stage of manufacturing to ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.

Order Processing


After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order enters our production system.

Depending on the type of products ordered, your order may proceed through several stages including:

  • Production scheduling
  • Material preparation

  • Post-processing
  • Surface finishing (when applicable)
  • Assembly
  • Quality inspection
  • Protective packaging
  • Shipment preparation

Orders are processed during normal business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times vary depending on several factors including:

  • Product type
  • Product quantity
  • Customization requirements
  • Current production capacity
  • Seasonal demand

Estimated processing times are as follows:

  • Ready-made products: 1–3 business days
  • Custom products: 2–7 business days
  • Personalized products: 2–7 business days
  • Business, commercial, or wholesale orders: Processing time will be communicated individually before production begins.

These processing times are estimates and may occasionally change during periods of exceptionally high demand.

 

Production of Custom Products


Many SolidForms products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Custom products often require:

- Custom sizing

- Personalized text

- Custom colors

- Customer-supplied files

- Design modifications

- Prototype verification


Because every custom order is unique, production time may differ slightly from standard products.

Our team always strives to begin production as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.


Quality Control

Before any package leaves our facility, every item is inspected to ensure it meets our production standards.

Quality control may include checking:

- Print quality

- Structural integrity

- Surface finish

- Color accuracy

- Assembly

- Functionality (where applicable)

- Packaging quality


If an item does not pass inspection, it will be reproduced before shipment.

While this may occasionally increase production time, it helps ensure every customer receives a product we are proud to deliver.


Packaging


Every order is packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Depending on the product, packaging may include:

- Protective wrapping

- Bubble protection

- Reinforced cartons

- Internal supports

- Fragile labeling

- Moisture protection when necessary


Our goal is for every package to arrive in the same condition in which it left our workshop.


Shipping


Once your order passes quality inspection, it is transferred to one of our shipping partners for delivery.

Shipping begins only after production and packaging have been completed.

Once shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation whenever tracking information is available.

Delivery times vary depending on:

- Shipping destination

- Courier performance

- Local transportation networks

- Customs procedures (if applicable)

- National holidays

- Weather conditions

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated.


Order Tracking


Whenever available, tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Tracking numbers may require up to 24 hours before becoming active within the courier's tracking system.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information regularly after shipment.


Delivery Responsibility


Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

SolidForms remains available to assist customers experiencing delivery issues and will communicate with the shipping carrier whenever possible to help resolve problems.


15-Day Delivery Guarantee


We understand that timely delivery is extremely important.

To demonstrate our confidence in our production and shipping process, every eligible order is covered by our 15-Day Delivery Guarantee.

If your order has not been successfully delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days from the original order date, SolidForms will:

- Refund 100% of the amount paid for the order.

- Issue a discount code for a future purchase as an apology for the inconvenience.

- Continue assisting with delivery whenever possible, even after the refund has been processed.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and our confidence in the reliability of our production and logistics processes.


Exceptions to the Delivery Guarantee


The 15-Day Delivery Guarantee does not apply when delays are caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of SolidForms.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

- Incomplete delivery address.

- Customer refusal to accept delivery.

- Missed delivery appointments.

- Customs inspections.

- Import clearance delays.

- Government restrictions.

- Severe weather.

- Civil unrest.

- Transportation disruptions.

- Carrier operational failures beyond our reasonable control.

- Force majeure events.


Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout.

The shipping cost depends on several factors including:

- Delivery destination

- Package dimensions

- Package weight

- Shipping service selected

- Number of items ordered

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment is completed.

No hidden shipping charges will be added after checkout.


Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please verify:

- Recipient name

- Street address

- Building number

- Apartment number

- Postal code

- City

- Governorate or state

- Country

- Phone number

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or result in additional shipping charges.


Failed Deliveries


If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect customer information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to SolidForms.

Additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be shipped again.


Lost Packages


If tracking indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Our team will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.


Damaged Packages


Although we package every order carefully, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

- Your order number

- Photographs of the damaged packaging

- Photographs of the damaged product

- A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Large Business Orders


Business, wholesale, educational, and commercial orders may require additional production planning.

Estimated production schedules for these orders are communicated before manufacturing begins.

Large projects may be shipped in multiple packages when necessary.


International Shipping


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local governmental charges required by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside the control of SolidForms.


Changes and Cancellations


If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many of our products begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once manufacturing has started.
